തിരുവനന്തപുരം: കേരളത്തിലെ പട്ടികജാതി-പട്ടികവർഗ വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട വിദ്യാർഥികൾക്ക് വിദേശസർവകലാശാലകളിൽ ഉപരിപഠനം നടത്താനുള്ള ഉന്നതി ഓവർസീസ് സ്‌കോളർഷിപ്പിന് മാർച്ച് 31 വരെ അപേക്ഷിക്കാം.
