Boolokam respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users and content partners to do the same. We comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent procedures under Indian law. If you believe material on Boolokam infringes your copyright, follow the steps below — we respond to valid notices promptly.

Aggregation policy

News articles displayed on Boolokam are aggregated from publicly available RSS feeds. We display the headline, a short snippet, the publisher's name, and a link back to the source — we do not republish full article bodies. Music and video items embed official YouTube content from creator-operated channels. If you are a publisher and would like your content excluded or shown differently, contact us at the address below and we will action the request quickly.

Filing a takedown notice

Send a written notice to legal@boolokam.com including all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorised agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. The exact URL on Boolokam of the material to be removed, sufficient to allow us to locate it.
  4. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@boolokam.com with the same elements (signature, identification of the removed material and its prior URL, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification).

Repeat-infringer policy

Accounts that receive multiple valid copyright notices will be suspended and may be permanently terminated. Decisions are at our reasonable discretion.
